Terms of Service

LedgerSolve provides an organization-scoped record and workflow service for business users who organize invoice follow-up and payment-resolution activity.

Eligibility and authorized use

LedgerSolve accounts are intended for business users and authorized business representatives age 18 or older. Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only when you have the authority to enter, upload, store, and use the customer information you place in the workspace.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice and payment records, the authority and lawful use of customer data, and compliance with the privacy, communications, recordkeeping, and collection laws that apply to your business. You remain responsible for the communications, records, and business decisions made using the service.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and retention

LedgerSolve plans are billed monthly. Canceling stops future renewal, and normal account access continues through the paid-through subscription period. After the paid subscription ends, the account is intended to become read-only. Customers should download or export records they want to keep within 30 days. LedgerSolve may retain account data for up to 90 days after subscription end, after which stored data may be permanently deleted according to the data-retention policy.

This policy does not promise that post-expiration read-only access, export availability, or particular payment actions are operational in every account state. Customers should download or export records during the paid subscription period whenever possible.

Support scope and security

Routine product maintenance and correction of verified LedgerSolve software defects are included with the subscription. Custom development, data cleanup, and guaranteed response times are not included unless separately agreed.

LedgerSolve uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect customer data and account access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

What LedgerSolve does not do

LedgerSolve is a record-organization and workflow tool. It does not independently verify customer invoice payments or promise a collection outcome.

  • LedgerSolve does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
  • LedgerSolve does not determine whether a debt or invoice is legally enforceable.
  • LedgerSolve does not make collection decisions for users.
  • LedgerSolve does not guarantee payment or compliance.
  • A promise to pay is a workflow event, not a payment.
