LedgerSolve Resolution Desk

Responsible Use

LedgerSolve supports business-to-business invoice follow-up and payment-resolution workflows while leaving judgment and human review with the business using the workspace.

Use LedgerSolve for business-to-business invoice follow-up

Use LedgerSolve for legitimate business receivables and B2B invoice follow-up. Do not use the service for consumer debt collection unless that use has been separately reviewed for legal and compliance requirements and the product has been intentionally built to support it.

Use data and communications lawfully

Enter, upload, store, and use customer information only when you have the appropriate authority and legal right to do so. Keep records accurate and relevant to the organization using the workspace.

Any follow-up communication you prepare or send must be lawful, truthful, non-deceptive, and non-harassing. Do not use LedgerSolve records or saved drafts to prepare unlawful, abusive, or misleading communications.

Human review remains responsible

People using the service remain responsible for reviewing disputes, legal issues, records, payment information, and business decisions. Review a record before acting when information is missing, a payment note is unclear, or a customer raises a dispute or complaint.

LedgerSolve can support organized processes, but it does not guarantee that a business is compliant with every law or contractual obligation that applies to it.
