LedgerSolve Resolution Desk
Legal / Disclaimers
LedgerSolve Resolution Desk is B2B software for organizing invoice follow-up and payment-resolution activity in an organization-scoped workspace.
What LedgerSolve does
The current product organizes clients, invoices, balances, payment history, notes, and available activity records so authorized business users can review the current state of an invoice and keep the next step visible.
Payment records and promises to pay
A promise to pay is a workflow or status event, not a payment. Only an actual payment record reduces the calculated invoice balance. Payment promises, disputes, write-offs, and manual closure decisions remain distinct from recorded payments and payment history.
Where an authorized Owner manually closes an invoice as paid despite a remaining calculated balance, that action is a recorded workflow decision, not independent payment verification. The underlying invoice amount and payment history remain preserved.
Subscription and retention policy
LedgerSolve plans are billed monthly. Canceling stops future renewal, and normal access continues through the paid-through period. After the paid subscription ends, the account is intended to become read-only. Records should be downloaded or exported within 30 days; LedgerSolve may retain account data for up to 90 days as an additional retrieval period, after which stored data may be permanently deleted under the data-retention policy.
LedgerSolve may provide a reminder before the retention period expires, but a reminder email is not guaranteed. Post-cancellation read-only access and export availability are policy intentions, not a promise that those behaviors are operational in every account state.
Support and security
Routine product maintenance and correction of verified LedgerSolve software defects are included with the subscription. Custom development, data cleanup, and guaranteed response times are not included unless separately agreed.
LedgerSolve uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect customer data and account access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
